Company information

Who are we?
Newton Ellis & Co. was established in 1948, we were repairers of photographic equipment - Cameras  (modern and old) - limited digital cameras, 35mm, 120 (6x4.5cm, 6x6cm, 6x9cm), 126 and plate - Lenses (auto focus or manual focus) - Camcorders (digital and analogue models) - some light meters.  As the company has now closed down it is best to check with us first as we have had to reduce the number of repairs we are taking in at our home workshops.  We are now only going to look at some film cameras and prime lenses, please see our list of what we will be looking at.

Where are we?

As from about end of March 2025 we hope to be up and running in our home workshops and will be looking at limited film camera and lenses.  We will have to work on a postal system only.  We will now not be taking in any overseas repairs, sorry.
